We are more than our physical bodies. We have an energy body which is made out of energy fields (auras), energy centers (chakras) and energy pathways (meridians). Like our body that takes in food to nourish it, and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down and the meridians distribute it through our body. Allow the energy to extend into your Etheric Field - the first layer of our energy body and expand into your Emotional Field where you experience feelings. Immerge into the Spiritual Field which helps relate to our higher self and spiritual dimensions. It is activated when we meditate. Allow the energy sent to you to reach all of your fields and allow for healing, and relaxation to begin. Session will be done by face time phone or by zoom. Receive messages from the animal kingdom with your session and learn how their wisdom can be helpful.
